These guys have always helped me get the parts I need and have never once gotten any attitude. Mostly have talked to Tony there. Nice guy, very helpful. I especially love the brown dog that hangs out there. Damn that thing has massive jaws, but it’s the nicest dog in the world.

This is the worst shop I have ever been to. The service is insanely disorganized. Twice this shop has left me waiting for months as they lost the service order. Really, I should have never gone back, but hey, I thought, that was just a freak occurrence, right?
When I finally stepped in to see what was going on, they had no idea who I was, which bike was mine, and where the fork they were supposed to install was. After some discussion, the guy behind the counter just has me walk into the back, and find my stuff. And then I just walk out of the shop with it.
Now it’s happened again. These guys were “going to call me back tomorrow” about my some parts. I didn’t hear back for two weeks. Then when they do call, they tell me they’re waiting on seals for my fork. My fork wasn’t being rebuilt. I was waiting for a seat post and some headset parts. WTF? The guy on the phone back-pedals and tells me he doesn’t really know what’s going on. Yeah, no kidding.
Why did I go back? They’re the only guys around my neighbourhood that should be able to fix the few things I can’t do on a bike.
Endless excuses, crappy service, lost bikes and parts. Jeez. I used to shop here in the early 90′s and Phil was great. These new guys, I don’t know, they’re pleasant, but this kind of inept service sucks.
